Elprint provides our entire customer base a highly efficient, solid and service-minded customer support. While our sales offices manage the order processes locally, is it the function and responsibility of Elprint Customer Service Centre (Elprint CSC) to manage all post order activities.

The Elprint Customer Service Centre - operating through our local sales offices - is your main source for all your service needs such as technical issues, rushed deliveries, fault management, Macaos support etc.

Elprint CSC is co-located with our production plant in Bergen, securing fast, secure and direct access to all core departments at Elprint; production, logistics, R&D and Macaos development.

An efficient communication platform, the Elprint Customer Report Program (CRP), linking us with our regional sales offices, secures fast response times and dedicated follow-up for your request and automatically logs and manages all enquiries received.
